Staff services inclusive cleaners are very polite and helpful. Facility e.g. printer is good. Very good location with mall besides hotel. Room is clean.

Great old style hotel, perfectly kept in good condition, for sure best in Changde. Very nice area around hotel, nice rooms, good buffet
